CalibVision LLC accepts secure international payments in USD and EUR. For most production orders, we recommend bank transfer via our Wise multi-currency account. For sample orders or card payments, Stripe Link and PayPal are also available with no surcharge on your side.
If you ever receive payment details that do not match the accounts listed on this page, please stop and email finance@calibvision.com to verify before sending funds.

2. Bank Transfer via Wise (Recommended)
We use a single Wise multi-currency account that accepts both EUR and USD. Wise is a fully regulated payment institution (registered with the Belgian National Bank, FinCEN, and the FCA).

One account, two currencies. Send EUR or USD to the same IBAN — funds settle in the original currency, no forced FX conversion.
2.2 For European Customers — Pay in EUR (SEPA)
If your company holds a EUR account in the Eurozone, send EUR via SEPA to the IBAN above.
- Cost: Free or under €1 at most European banks
- Speed: Same day or next business day
- Recommended for: All EU and SEPA-zone customers, any order size
2.3 For International Customers — Pay in USD or EUR (SWIFT)
If you’re outside the SEPA zone, send USD or EUR via international SWIFT wire using the same IBAN + SWIFT code above.
- Cost on your side: $25–$50 outgoing wire fee at most banks, plus possible intermediary bank fees
- Speed: 1–3 business days
- Recommended for: Orders over USD 3,000, where the wire fee is a small percentage of the total
- Tip: Pay in USD to avoid double FX conversion if your invoice is priced in USD
For US customers paying small orders: SWIFT wire fees can outweigh the order discount. We recommend Stripe or PayPal instead — see Section 2 below.
2.4 What to Include in Your Transfer
To make sure we apply your payment to the correct order without delay, include the following in the payment reference / memo / remittance information:
- Your Proforma Invoice number (e.g., PI-2026-0123)
- Your company name as it appears on the invoice
- (Optional) Your purchase order number
After sending, please email a screenshot or MT103 confirmation to finance@calibvision.com. We’ll match the payment and confirm within one business day.
2. Online Payment — Stripe Link or PayPal

- Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your saved Stripe Link account.
- No surcharge on your side — CalibVision absorbs the processing fee.
- Best for orders under USD 3,000.
- We send a PayPal invoice to your verified email.
- Pay from PayPal balance, linked card, or bank.
- No surcharge on your side.
- Best for sample orders and first-time customers who already have PayPal set up.
For orders over USD 5,000, we strongly recommend Wise bank transfer to keep the total cost low and avoid card platform limits.
3. Payment Security — How to Protect Your Order
- Always verify the beneficiary name reads "Calibvision LLC" before sending funds.
- All official emails from us come from @calibvision.com addresses.
- We will never ask for payment to a personal account, cryptocurrency wallet, or any account name other than Calibvision LLC.
- We do not use Alibaba Trade Assurance, Payoneer, or third-party escrow on direct website orders.
If anything looks off — wrong account name, unusual urgency, a different domain — pause and email finance@calibvision.com. We would always rather take 24 hours to verify than have you send funds to the wrong place.

How do I pay CalibVision for an order?

Can I pay USD to your EUR IBAN?
Yes. Our Wise multi-currency account receives both EUR and USD at the same IBAN (BE62 9675 6793 4861). Send USD via international SWIFT wire, and funds will arrive as USD — no forced conversion to EUR.
How long does it take for my payment to arrive?

Can I pay in a currency other than USD or EUR?
Yes. Our Wise multi-currency account also supports receiving payments in GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD, HKD, JPY, NZD and other major currencies — each with its own local account details (e.g., UK sort code, Australian BSB, Singapore local transfer).

Why this matters: Paying via a local domestic transfer in your own currency avoids international SWIFT fees on your side and prevents double FX conversion — typically saving you $20–$80 per transaction.
What information should I include when I wire the payment?
Please include your Proforma Invoice number (e.g., PI-2026-0123) and company name in the payment reference. Then email the transfer confirmation to finance@calibvision.com.
Is bank transfer safe?
Yes. Our receiving bank, Wise, is regulated by the Belgian National Bank (NBB) in the EU and registered with FinCEN in the US. Client funds are held in segregated, safeguarded accounts. The beneficiary name will always read Calibvision LLC.
Do you accept payment terms (Net 30 / Net 60)?
Standard orders are paid in advance. For established repeat customers or large recurring orders, we can review terms case by case. Please contact your sales engineer or sales@calibvision.com.
